Both the fibreglass and concrete pools are removed then we fill the hole and compact the material minimising future subsidence. We have access to machinery of different sizes that will suit your situation.
We recently removed a pool for a client in Mount Waverly. For this job the fibreglass shell was removed and re-used by a different client. The concrete surrounds and pavers were then placed into the hole in layers with crushed rock and compacted every 100-200mm until approx 1 metre below surface. Top soil was then used to fill the remaining hole.
Landscaping could then be completed on a level yard without any remnants of the existing pool. Alternatively the concrete surrounds and structure can easily be taken away for recycling.
