Sally Glanville has replaced Rebecca Rogerson as the new manager for the Canberra operations of DIAL-AN-ANGEL. Sally brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role having spent eight years in PR, fifteen years in the chemical industry and eleven years in Petroleum industry.

Not only does she bring extensive corporate industry insight but also while in these roles she covered critical business areas such as Human Resources, Training, Privacy, and OHS.

Sally has held positions on several associations namely, Councils of Australian Business Limited (formerly known as Chamber of Manufactures of NSW and now known as NSW Chamber of Commerce), President for Western Sydney Region, State Council for 6 years and OHS Policy Committee for 6 years, with the last six months as Chair. In these roles she has had much interaction with Local, State and Federal Parliamentarians and with WorkCover senior management. This experience bodes well for her liaison with government departments in Canberra.

“I have a very firm belief, in fact some people regard it as a passion, for the HR, Training, OHS, and Ethics areas,” said Sally. Interdepartmental work and training is high on Sally’s list of priorities and she sees this as one of the keys to developing and maintaining high quality standards. “I believe that open communication, teamwork and a commitment to ethics ensures that high quality systems and procedures are developed companywide which benefits both the staff and the clients,” adds Sally.

Danielle Robertson, CEO, DIAL-AN-ANGEL Pty Limited is very excited about adding Sally to the team. “As we move towards ACiA accreditation nationally Sally’s experience in creating procedures, documenting them and then generating them through the company will be invaluable. Canberra is very lucky to have her on board!” said Danielle.
